My grand daughter has been asking fo a particular pair of Lelli Kelly sandals for weeks but neither her mother or I have been able to find them in any shops near us. "I found SoulShoes through Google whilst looking for nice boy's shoes that my son will wear but aren't trainers. I ordered some lovely Geox shoes from SoulShoes but got a phonecall an hour later from a very nice woman who explained that they were out of stock in my choice. I was initially disappointed as they were meant to be a birthday gift but the lady was very helpful and offered to order the shoes in or help me choose a different pair. I really needed the shoes sent out that day to make sure they arrived in time but I was not near a computer and did not want to buy a pair of shoes without seeing them. The manager actually sent photos of her recommendations to my mobile phone and I ended up getting an even nicer pair that had just arrived that day so wasnt even on the website yet. I usually prefer real shops to internet shopping as its more personal but in this case I have to say that SoulShoes has the convenience of internet shopping but without the faceless impersonality of most websites. A real person dealt with my order and she went way above and beyond to get me what I wanted. The shoes turned up with a day to spare and they had even included a birthday card for my son! Really cracking company. Well done and many thanks to the manager who spent half an hour taking and sending me photos whilst I sat in a traffic jam - never had someone do that before"

"Great brands, huge selection and really quick delivery. Only suggestion is that it would be helpful to be able to see all the brands in a category in one list rather than have to look through every brand one after the other.
