Shipping
All delivery charges are a flat rate for up to 3 pairs of shoes/boots (unlimited clothing). Orders consisting of more than 3 pairs of shoes/boots may attract additional shipping charges, calculated on a case by case basis. The additional shipping fees can be arranged before or after an order has been placed. Contact info@soul-shoes.co.uk for more details.
UK Deliveries
UK deliveries are charged at a flat rate for up to 3 pairs of shoes/boots.
- Standard 1st class - £6.00 per shipment
- £8.50 - special delivery
- free Standard delivery - orders over £100
Goods will be sent by recorded delivery. Overnight delivery may be possible at an additional cost- please call the shop on 01708 455 333 to make arrangements.
Hunter Boots - shipping exception
Due to their large size and weight Hunter boots are not included in our normal shipping rates.
- UK deliveries- Standard delivery not applicable. Hunter boots can only be shipped by 1st Class or Special Delivery.
- European deliveries - Only 1 pair of Hunter Boots per delivery charge. Multiple orders will require increased shipping charges.

Shipping Insurance
All our shipments are sent by Royal Mail, recorded delivery. In the very rare and unlikely event that, once in the control of Royal Mail, a package is lost or damaged Soul will initiate a compensation claim HOWEVER under Royal Mail Terms & Conditions, compensation is limited to a maximum £41 for 1st and 2nd class post and £500 for Special Delivery.
If any order or orders are lost or damaged whilst under control of Royal Mail (or its agents/partners) Soul will provide customers compensation equal to the amount payable under Royal Mail Terms & Conditions.
If the value of your order is above £41 we recommend that you opt for Special Delivery whereby Royal Mail will compensate up to a maximum of £500 and therefore Soul can fully compensate customers up to a maximum £500.
Choosing 1st or 2nd class postage for orders valued OVER £41 is entirely at customers own risk and in doing so they are agreeing to a cap of £41 compensation in the unlikely event of loss or damage to package/packages once under the control of Royal Mail.

International Deliveries
International delibveries are charged at £12.50 within Europe and £18.50 for Rest of the World, per shipment for up to 3 pairs of shoes or boots and unlimited clothing. Deliveries exceeding 3 pairs of shoes will attract additional shipping charges which will be calculated on a case by case basis. Please contact Soul to make arrangement. To save costs larger shipments can be grouped together where to do so would be of financial beneficial. Again special deliveries can be arranged on application.
NB- Shipping costs for certain items must be arranged with Soul directly due to unusual size or weight (e.g Hunter boots). This exception only applies to a very small number of items and it is clearly stated in the item descriptions. Lost orders
Under Royal Mail terms a package is deemed LOST if it has not arrived within the timeframes set out below
- UK - 15 working days after due delivery date
- Europe - 20 working days after due delivery date
- Rest of The World - 25 working days after due delivery date
Claims for refunds for lost orders cannot be initiated until the item is deemed LOST by Royal Mail, in line with the above time limits.
Once an item is deemed lost Soul will refund the value of the order lost, up to a maximum of the compensation limit payable under the selected Royal Mail service.
